Crochet Pattern - Amiguri Turtle Girl

Artist Statement: Meet Lucy, named after my paternal grandma, and designed for my sister whose stuck in the hospital on bedrest cooking my niece- turtles are her favorite and have been since she was a little girl. A must have for all you turtle lovers :)

Lucy is approximately 6 inches tall, from the top of her head to the bottom of her feet. She's made using worsted weight yarn, so if you'd like a larger or smaller turtle girl adjust accordingly, in fact, I bet she'd be cute in thread, though it takes a brave crocheter to try that!

This pattern is geared more towards a beginner or advanced beginner, as I tend to be very detailed and have included a comfortable amount of images showing most of the parts. When I first started making amigurumi dolls from patterns I had a hard time understanding certain instructions, in creating this pattern I've tried to address the issues that I had difficulties with and make the easier to understand for newbies. If you have difficulties while crocheting this, please send me a note, either by convo here at etsy, or else by the email from where the pattern is sent and I'll try to get back to you asap!

The turtle girl's pattern is in .pdf format so you will need Adobe Reader to open the document and print it.

The pattern is 7 pages long with very detailed instructions and 26 images to help you out.
