Lapis + Silver Necklace

Artist Statement: I recently found this TIBETAN necklace at an Antique bizarre but it was tightly strung with the precious old ornate pendants overlapping.

It did not take me long to tear it apart and create a more contemporary lengthened article of wearable art by adding LAPIS AZULI spacers and BALI SILVER decorative charm beads.

LENGTH: Approx. 20 inches with adjustable chain
PENDANTS: Approx: 2 inches long X 3/4 iches wide

A large decorative silver "S" toggle, lenthening chain, signature bead, and custom accent charm finishes off this “One of a Kind” necklace with South Western influence.

Combining the elements from numerous necklaces into one singular accessory is my goal. This process of recycling fabulous beads, pendants, artifacts, silver, & etc., into a more fashionable piece of jewelry is the essence of my creative focus.

This museum quality necklace can be worn casual with a jean jacket or as a powerful accessory to a business suit…. Perfect for the holidays.
