Artist Statement: Great large focal bead layers of glass give this bead the depth it required to represent a vortex. Topped with fine pure silver. Cap ends are black.
All my beads are annealed over night in a digitally controlled kiln. All my beads are thoroughly cleaned, no bead release remains in the cavity.
I make my own beads in my studio in San Antonio, TX.
This bead is is approximately 1 1/4" tall
The hole is 3/32
