Artist Statement: This amazingly gorgeous cloche is named in honor of Mrs. Parker. It is hand blocked out of black parasisol straw and it's decor consists of ruby red soutache braid encircling the crown, a large couture millinery rose corsage and a spray of imported Austrailian Emu feathers.
